I'm a fiercely proud, born and bred West Coaster and love showing off not only my own stunning region, but the entire South Island.

We'll explore classic and iconic scenes but also get off the beaten path to visit hidden gems that only locals, like myself would know about, often without a soul to be seen.

I know the night sky intimately so of course a little lesson in the field about constellations, planets, galaxies, nebulae and other celestial bodies is a given.

My workshops and private tours are run responsibly and more importantly, safely.

I am a founder and co-owner of Southern Photography Adventures Ltd which holds a Department of Conservation concession for many areas throughout the South. We have gone through rigorous measures to obtain our concession which gives us the right to access public conservation land in a safe, legal and sustainable manner. Our comprehensive SMP was recently audited by The Register of Outdoor Safety Auditor, giving peace of mind to all of our clients that we know what we're doing and we take your safety seriously.
